Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:

• Monthly subscriptions: Refunds available within 7 days of purchase
• Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds available within 30 days of purchase
• Premium content purchases: Refunds available within 24 hours if content has not been accessed
